ReferralHub · Partner Program
Get paid to bring venues on board.
Know a restaurant that should be on the platform? Refer them. When they subscribe, you earn a share of everything they pay — for a full year.
How it works
Three steps, then you get paid.
No cold-calling scripts, no inventory, no risk. You share, they sign, you earn.
Get your link
Sign up as a partner and get a unique referral link and code to share with any venue you think is a fit.
They subscribe
When a venue signs up through your link and starts a paid plan, we track it automatically to you.
You earn 20%
Collect 20% of everything that venue pays — subscription and usage — for their entire first year, paid monthly.
What you earn
Same 20%. What a venue's worth depends on where they are.
Bermuda venues can also join the BdaEats directory, so they pay more — and you earn more. Everywhere else, venues run on ReferralHub, where your commission scales with how busy they are.
BdaEats + ReferralHub
Venues pay the ReferralHub admin fee and per-cover usage, and can add a BdaEats directory subscription. Bigger base, bigger commission — your richest referrals.
Example: a Bermuda venue logging 20 covers a month pays about $290 in its first year ($50 admin fee + $240 usage).
Your 20%: about $58
plus 20% of any BdaEats directory subscription.
ReferralHub only
No BdaEats outside Bermuda, so the value is the platform fee plus per-cover usage. The busier the venue, the more you earn.
Example: a UK venue logging 20 covers a month pays about £232 in its first year (£40 admin fee + £192 usage). US and Canada: about $290.
Your 20%: about £46 / $58

What could you earn?
Pick a market and how busy the venue is. Prices match our pricing page: $50 a year + $1.00 per cover (UK: £40 + £0.80). Your commission is 20% of what the venue pays in its first year.

- Referred Venue — a new venue that signs up through your unique referral link or code and was not already a customer, in trial, or in active discussion with us.
- Qualifying Revenue — all subscription fees and per-cover/usage fees paid by a Referred Venue during their first 12 months as a customer. It excludes one-off add-ons, boosts, setup charges, taxes, and any amounts later refunded or charged back.
- Qualification Period — the first 60 days a Referred Venue is an active paying customer.
3. Eligibility
4. Enrolment & approval
5. Referral tracking & attribution
6. Commissions
- You earn 20% of the Qualifying Revenue of each Referred Venue during their first 12 months — covering both subscription and per-cover usage fees.
- Commission accrues as the venue pays, applies to the first 12 months only, then ends.
- The products available to a venue — and therefore the commission you can earn — depend on the venue's location. BdaEats directory subscriptions are available only in Bermuda; venues elsewhere subscribe to ReferralHub only.
- Commission is calculated on net amounts actually received by us, in the currency the venue pays (USD or GBP).
7. Qualification, reversals & clawbacks
8. Payment
- Confirmed commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer.
- A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is made; balances below the minimum roll over.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payout and tax details. Payments may be withheld where details are missing or inaccurate.
9. Prohibited conduct
- No self-referrals or referrals to venues you own or control.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading claims about the platform, pricing or features.
- No bidding on our brand names or trademarks in paid search, and no impersonation of us.
- No cookie-stuffing, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups, or other manipulation of tracking.
Breach may result in withheld or reversed commissions and removal from the Program.
