1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and RealAutomationai Ltd, trading as ReferralHub ("we", "us"), company number 16957452, registered office 12 Windermere Road, London SW16 5HG, United Kingdom. ReferralHub lets venues reward promoters who send them guests: venues log covers, promoters collect points, and venues deduct points when a reward is taken.

2. Fees for venues

Venues pay a platform admin fee of $50 per year (£40 for venues in the United Kingdom), charged when billing is set up and on each yearly renewal, plus a usage fee of $1.00 (£0.80 in the UK) per cover or per point (whichever basis the venue chose). Usage is added up at month-end and charged on the 1st of the following month. Venues can cancel at any time; usage charges stop at the end of the current month.

3. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may request a refund within 30 days of a charge.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, log referrals that did not happen, attempt fraud, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the security of the service. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, or fraud risk.

5. Intellectual property and availability

We retain ownership of the platform, its software and branding. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Promoters

Promoters must be 18 or over. Rewards involving alcohol may only be claimed by, and served to, people of legal drinking age in the venue's jurisdiction, at the venue's discretion.

Promoters are independent individuals. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between ReferralHub and any promoter, or between a venue and any promoter.

Promoters and partners are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on rewards or commission they receive.

If you are employed, you are responsible for making sure your employer permits you to take part. Some employers, particularly hotels, restrict staff from accepting referral rewards.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with ReferralHub is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance

You accept these terms by ticking the agreement box when you create your account, and again when you set up billing.
