If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This covers the yearly platform admin fee ($50, or £40 for UK venues) and any monthly usage charge.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@referralhub.app and we will help.
You can cancel at any time. Usage charges stop at the end of the current month, and the yearly admin fee will not renew after cancellation.
