Setting up your venue on ReferralHub takes about five minutes. Most of that is deciding two things: what your promoters earn, and what your guests get. Let's do both. Create your account From referralhub.app, tap I'm a Venue. One screen, eight fields. Your name, your venue's name. Type of venue — restaurant, hotel, bar, cafe, tour guide, boat tour, or other. Country — Bermuda, the UK, Canada or the US. Partner code is optional. If someone referred you to ReferralHub, their code goes here. Phone's optional too. Then email and password, and Create account. What your promoters earn Straight after signup your dashboard will tell you there are no rewards set up yet. This is the first thing to fix, because until you've set a reward, promoters have nothing to work towards. Tap Add another reward and you get three fields. Reward is what the promoter actually gets. Write it the way you'd say it to them — "One free main course". Covers needed is how many covers they have to send before it unlocks. A cover is one guest, so a party of four counts as four covers. That's the number that decides what this costs you, so it's worth a moment's thought — ten covers for a main course is a common starting point. Details is optional. Use it for anything a promoter should know before they claim — days it isn't valid, whether drinks are included. Every reward has an Active switch. Pause one and it stops being claimable without you deleting it — useful when you want a reward back later in the season. You can run as many rewards as you like, each with its own covers target. A small one at a low target keeps people interested early; a bigger one further out gives them something to chase. Save rewards when you're done. What your guests get Below that is the guest offer — and this one is optional, which is the point. This is what a guest gets when they walk in with a promoter's code or QR. It's the thing that makes the driver's recommendation sound like a favour rather than an ad. It's off by default. Tap to turn it on and describe the offer in plain words — ten per cent off the bill, a free welcome drink, whatever suits. There's a Terms and conditions box underneath, or you can upload a document — PDF, image or Word, up to ten megabytes. And because it's a switch, you can turn it off for a busy fortnight and back on when things quieten down, without touching anything else. Set your limits Two controls underneath, both optional. Monthly points cap per promoter is the most points any one promoter can earn with you in a calendar month. This isn't about shrinking the programme — it's about keeping it spread. Without a cap, one very active driver can absorb most of your rewards and the other twenty stop bothering. Leave it blank for no cap. Blackout dates are days you won't accept referral codes at all. A From date, a To date, and an optional reason — type "Christmas" or "Fully booked" so you remember why in six months. On those days your staff simply can't log a visit. And your promoters see it. A blacked-out date shows against your venue in their list, so nobody sends you a table on a night that can't earn them anything. Use them sparingly either way. Finish your venue details Last on this page: your venue name, address, country and a logo URL. These are what promoters and guests see, so it's worth getting the logo in. Save settings. Logging a visit This is the screen your floor team will actually use. A guest arrives and mentions a driver or a concierge. Type the promoter's code — they look like MR-3910 — or tap Scan QR if the guest has it on their phone. Set Guests in this party. Four people at the table, four covers. Then Log visit. That's it — one tap, and the promoter's points go up automatically. Billing and how usage is counted Billing shows what you'll pay and when. The admin fee is charged when you set up and once a year after. Usage is added up at month-end and charged on the first. Underneath is one choice worth understanding: how usage is counted. Per cover counts each guest logged — a table of four is four. Per point counts each point a promoter earns instead. For most restaurants per cover is the natural one. Pick whichever matches the way you count a busy night. Your dashboard Your dashboard tracks covers today, this month and all time, plus points outstanding and how many promoters have a reward ready to claim. When one of them comes to claim, go to Rewards, pull up their code, and the cost comes off their balance. Top shows your leaderboard — who's actually sending you business. That's your venue set up. referralhub.app.

If you drive a taxi, work a concierge desk or run tours, this takes two minutes and costs nothing. Sign up From referralhub.app, tap I'm a Promoter. Five fields. Your name. What do you do — taxi driver, minibus driver, hotel concierge, tour guide, or other. Phone's optional. Email, password, Create account. Your code You land on My code, and there's your referral code with a QR underneath it. Two buttons: Copy link, and Share. Send it to anyone you're pointing towards a restaurant, or just show the QR on your phone at the door. Guests show that code at the venue, and you get a point for every guest they log. A cover is one guest, so a table of four is four points. Your progress Scroll down and Your progress shows where you stand at every venue you've sent people to. Each reward has a bar, so you can see what's within reach. When something unlocks, that venue shows a Reward ready badge. Show your code at the venue to claim it. Places The Places tab is your venue list. If a venue has blacked out a date — a holiday, a night they're already full — you'll see it there. And if you're not signed in, you can check any code's balance at referralhub.app/points. Free to join, nothing to buy, no limit on how many people you refer. referralhub.app.
